Registration

Registration for the LuWQ2017 conference comprises the following steps:
 
1. Filling out the Registration Form online
In addition to your contact info and specification of the registration fee, you can also register an accompanying person, and register for a field excursion.
 
Your data is sent to us through a secured server. The information you provide will be treated confidentially, with the exception of Name, Surname, Organisation/Company, City, and Country, which will be published in the List of Participants, available at registration.
 
2. Choose any of the payment methods
On the tab ‘Overview’ of the Registration Form you have to choose the Method of Payment. The options are:

Credit Card (MasterCard, VISA and AMEX), surcharge EUR 20.50
-
iDEAL (only available in the Netherlands), no surcharge
-
Bank transfer payment (after Invoice from LuWQ2017 organisers), no surcharge

2a. If you paid online by Credit Card or iDEAL, you will receive an email with confirmation of your registration. The email contains a PDF attachment with the payment specification. Your registration is, in principle, complete. In case you decline the payment afterwards or in case you request a refund, the organisation will cancel your registration to the conference.

2b. If you choose to pay by Bank transfer payment an Invoice is attached to your confirmation email.

IMPORTANT:
The Conference Secretariat collects the registration fees (if applicable, including also accompanying person fees and excursion fees) on behalf of the beneficiary RIVM, the principle LuWQ2017 organising institution:

Dutch VAT is applicable on all Conference registration fees (21%). Please note that all registration fees listed elsewhere on the conference website already include the VAT.

3. Payment of the conference fee
Your registration is complete when the payment has been received. Regardless of your mode of payment, in view of the deadline Friday 15 February 2017 for early fee registration, it is required that the payment of early fee is received on the conference bank account on Wednesday 22 February 2017 at the latest, otherwise the late fee applies automatically.

4. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail
